The service

Cala Ocre hires out recreational boats with a professional skipper for private trips from Port de Palamós. The boat is for your group only and the skipper chooses the route and stops depending on the sea conditions.

Cancellations and changes

Weather and safety

Safety comes first. If the skipper considers it unsafe to go out (tramontana wind, swell, storm), we let you know as early as possible and you can choose another date or a full refund. If the trip has to be cut short once it has started, we refund the proportional part.

Right of withdrawal

Boat trips are leisure services for a specific date. Therefore, under article 103.l of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Instead, the cancellation policy above applies, which is more favourable to you when you cancel in advance.

Rules on board

Liability

All boats carry the compulsory civil liability and passenger insurance. Cala Ocre is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on board or for damage caused by not following the skipper’s instructions.
